Progammers will be given a simple programming test during the interview.

If you have a portfolio, you do a presentation and questions may be asked.
- If you are a graphic artist : your artwork, video, model, texture, hand-drawing, etc.
- If you are a game designer : your game design document
- If you are a programmer : the program source code that you have developed -
Interviewers will ask various questions.
- The reason for changing jobs.
- Your role and responsibilities at the previous company.
- Why you are applying for the position.
- What your plan would be, what you want to do in the next 10 to 15 years.
- Which from your portfolio is your best and most embarrassing work, and why.
- (In the case of programmers) draw and explain the program structure you have designed.
- Your hobbies. (FYI, XLGAMES welcomes "Otakus.") - Ask us any question and/or say your last words!
- The interviewers leave the room, and you discuss your expected salary and possible starting date with the HR Manager.
